Wirtz, Virginia - In March 2000 a question was pictorially posed in The Virtual Corkscrew Musuem regarding a giant corkscrew: "What would you do with it?"
Oslo, Norway - Jørgen Bønner has submitted the above cartoon in answer to the question. He translates the cartoon title "Trafikkorkfjerner'n" as "Traffic Cork Remover."
Oppenheimertrockenbeerenauslese
On the way from Fort Lauderdale to Bangkok - Alf Erickson is seeing double with his "Dual Oppenheimertrockenbeerenauslese from the Leitz works at Wetzlar (Germany), 1922" which he claims as "rather rare corkscrew(s)."
