One of the most sought after single levers is the Hull's Royal Club. Although a number of them have turned up in recent auction sales, the price continues to escalate as the battle to fill that hole in collections grows. Charles Hull was granted a patent in 1864 for two designs - one with a cam action on the handle and the other with a roller. The attached plate reads "C. Hull, Patentee Birmingham Royal Club Corkscrew."
