These "pocket tools" vary in length from 2" to 2 1/2" (closed).
From top to bottom:
- A two part toothpick and sleeve.
- A silver toothpick is extended from the case by turning the lower half. Birmingham, England hallmark.
- A gold cigar piercer is extended from and retracted into the case by sliding the collar down and up.
- The jaws of the bulbed end open 1mm when the opposite end is pushed down. Apparently to grasp something small.
