What could be a finer treat for a corkscrew or knife collector visitor than a corkscrew knife made of chocolate? Here are three early molds for creating those treats. Six 4 1/8" knives can be poured into the above cast mold. These chocolate pieces have two blades, a corkscrew and a shield on the handle.
This cast mold produces eight 3" single blade chocolate knives with corkscrews.
The chocolate knives from the above two molds will have a flat back.
This four part tin mold can be used to create three 3-dimensional knives. The 3 1/2" chocolate knives have an engraving strip in the handle.
