CORKSCREW POSTCARD GALLERY

Bass

As you explore the Postcard Gallery, you will see a red triangle on many of the postcards. A few are shown here. The Bass, Ratcliff & Gretton Brewery was founded in 1777 in Burton on Trent, England by William Bass. On July 25, 1890 the firm was issued the first English Trademark for their pale ale bearing this world renown red triangle.
