Delphinus (The Dolphin) was the matchmaker for Poseideon. Poseidon sent the dolphin to retrieve the Sea nymph Amphitrite. When the dolphin convinced her to become Poseidon's wife, Poseidon set the image of the dolphin in the Northern Hemisphere near Pegasus and Aquila.
The brass Dolphin has a folding corkscrew and the mouth is a cap lifter.
