Corvus (Crow) was the god Apollo's sacred bird. It was Apollo who changed himself into a crow when the Olympian gods were threatened by the monster Typhon and they changed themselves into animals to escape. Corvus is in the Southern Hemisphere near Crater and Virgo.
The combination corkscrew and cap lifter is marked "Paul A. Henckels, Germany." The covers are cast and painted. On the reverse is advertising "the Old Crow Distillery, Frankfort, Kentucky.
