Well you try hard to make sure everything goes right but frustrations are bound to occur. It rained. The fireplace leaked. It didn't leak when it didn't rain.
It seems the copper top was not supported properly.
Glad we found out now and not later!
The drywall guy says the misalignment is the framer's fault.
What will the framer say when he returns next week?
You tell them over and over not to track mud. So what do they do? They wipe it off on the Trex!
Anyone know how to build a proper arch?
We think we found all the outlets, speakers, switches, etc. covered up by drywall. Time will tell.
